These fragrant, whitish, pinkish flowers can be used in everything from skin care to tinctures to liqueurs and herbal tisanes.
People with allergies to other members of the Asteraceae family (chamomile, echinacea, feverfew) should be cautious using Yarrow as it is common to have cross-reactivity. Not for use in pregnancy except under the supervision of a qualified healthcare practitioner.
