Takuko White Shoyu

 White Shoyu is a great way to add the savory and sweet elements of soy sauce without overpowering a dish. This Shoyu gets its color from a higher proportion of wheat. The wheat is roasted in hot sand before being milled and mixed with steamed soybeans and then koji seed.
