Honey, 1/2 Gallon

We now offer two honeys in the 1/2 gallon size - Sourwood and Dark Wildflower. 

Sourwood has a sweet and spicy aroma and flavor, making it perfect for cooking. Great for sauces, syrups, and glazes, the honey can go both savory or sweet. 

Dark Wildflower has a rich caramel flavor and is great to drizzle into teas, over cheeses, or on top of yogurt. Use as a base for elderberry syrup.
