Bush Tomatoes are sun dried in the Central Desert of Australia. They have a savory, caramel aroma with a slight raisin like sweetness. Add to sauces, salsas, soups, and anything that simmers in water. Its flavor pairs well with eggs and cheese and can be used whole or crushed to coat proteins.
Available in bulk by weight or in prepacked containers. Bulk orders are packed into one bag unless otherwise requested. Prepacked containers are packed by weight, not volume. Sizing guides are approximate and may change from harvest to harvest.
