Sun Dried Tomato Powder, Single Origin

Tomato powder is a great way to add the tangy flavor to rubs, marinades, rice, and even popcorn. In the past, when we have used tomato powder, it tends to clump and harden into large chunks. While the flavor is delicious, trying to use the powder was a mess. 

This sun dried tomato powder comes from less, sweet Turkish tomatoes, which means they do not clump and retain an easy to sprinkle and use fine powder. Combine with garlic granules and herbs or slightly hydrate to create a tomato paste for ragouts and braises.
