Once known as the hottest pepper in the world, just a sliver of Bhut Jolokia packs a punch. The chile has a quick fruity note before being overwhelmed with an intense heat. You can use Bhut Jolokia to make your own hot sauce or add a piece to simmering tomato sauces, stews, or chutneys for a layered and robust heat. Use these chiles sparingly and use gloves while handling, carefully washing your hands afterwards.

If you would like individual 1 oz bags, please add a note to your order at check out. All of our zipper bags can be composted at home.
