A spice blend often used in Gujarati cooking, this combination of cumin and coriander is an easy and delicious addition to any recipe. It's used in many of our meal kits and is the main flavor component in our Curry Starter. Add a sprinkle to your next pot of rice, chickpeas, lentils, or potatoes. Combine with honey and lime juice for a quick marinade for shrimp. Add to your dry rubs before grilling.
