How many garlics are too many garlics is too many? When each variety of garlic has its own specific flavor and use, there can never be too many. Purple Stripe Garlic is an heirloom garlic variety. Small in size, it has a rich aroma, running both sweet and savory. It also has an intense flavor - use 1/4 tsp dried to substitute for 1 clove of fresh. Great for cooking or just sprinkling on top of dishes before eating, it is a buttery boost of flavor.
Purple Stripe garlic is grown by Hmong farmer communities who are moving more organic and regenerative farming practices.
Available in bulk by weight or in prepacked containers. Bulk orders are packed into one bag unless otherwise requested.
